It is a very good airport better than America's. I hope it will be rated the best airport in the world. | Best Airport I've been to... Fastest and most conscious of the time | The best ever! | A good airport but not as good as KLIA and HKIA. As a Singaporean I must tell that the airport staff are not as friendly as you think they are. They only pretend they are friendly to tourists and everybody knows it! | Train service to airport is available now! | Has everything that KLIA doesn't - a quick and inexpensive trip to town, no train ride inside the airport, less distance to walk | Always a pleasure to get through customs and immigration so fast | Changi is definitely the Best Airport in the World...hands down. Second would be Amsterdam. | Garden airport, good lighthing, efficient custom staff, freindly, save and feel like a neighbourhood town. | Most customer friendly airport, most efficient immigration/customs which are hassle free. Good duty free shopping, signs in many foreign languages, taxis always waiting for you when you arrive. Not the most modern perhaps but easily the most hassle free. | Showing signs of age. | Great. Relaxing. Soft furnishing, not unduly noisy. | The best airport I've ever been to, and I've been to many. I spent three hours there last week and it was like being in a fine resort. | Changi is so quick and easy! It's so good that i don't even need to ask for assistance! Definately better than HK or KL It's so good that i don't even need to ask for assistance! |

Not better than changi but at least better than KLIA. | Somehow they have gotten over the problem of the longer travel time to the city better than KLIA | Biggest airport i've been to. | Undoubtedly the best there is! Facilities are beyond compare | Poor Service | Nice and good architecture! | Now much better since problems at start, I miss the view on landing in Kai Tek and its a long pricey transfer but really modern airport | Best airport in the world! Huge and modern | It's really the best in the world, both in design and the efficiency. Good transportation systems to the airport | A brand new , huge facility that is so convenient to reach by car, bus, and rail. From the spectacular Tsing Ma suspension bridge to the massive reclamation along Kowloon, this US$20 billion airport is both futuristic and extremely user-friendly | An airport model! | Can be fasted when need a ticket to board the plane. Expensive airport. | New, modern, big, environmental friendly, efficiency and clear-sign instructions. With simplicity but high-tech design. Excellent modern design. | Excellent, wonderful. | Definately the best looking, high-tech and modern airport ever to be constructed.

I find the airport staff very friendly, professional and sensitive to the real needs of the business traveller. | Improving - a nice airport | Less information in English. Too crowded, better widen terminal building and add one more runway. | Very professional. It's a long way from the city but nice service. | Incredible customer service, smart mature uniformed attendants come up and help you speaking perfect English the very moment you look lost. | Better variety of shops (not just duty free and typical airport shops) | Just very professional and fast - thats what you want in an airport.

Limited traffic compared to Singapore and Bangkok making stopovers and transfers invonvenient | How anybody can rank this high is beyond me. Looks pretty, but city transfers are the most inconvenient and among the priciest and longest in Asia | Transfers are a mess; staff do not make clear all options. Foreigners are only told of the new pricier services and services like the very efficient bus services are not made obvious | Why special taxis for the airport? In almost all other cities in Asia normal and cheaper taxis are used | Very airy feel, but sometimes seems deserted! | Not up to standard. Should learn from Singapore where service facilities and every thing is 100% genuine. | Has everything that other airport doesn't. Fast and easy custom clearing. A great place to relax at the satellite. The best duty-free shopping place! Nice and friendly people there! I tried the new rail and it's great and fast. Then from KL Sentral took the LRT to the hotel. Superb experience. Ultra modern airport, easy to navigate and user-friendly. The size is right and good food there! | The new high speed rail only takes you to a station away from the central city. Then you still have to pay surcharges to get a taxi to your hotel - the bus, and airport taxis take you straight to your hotel | The best airport I had ever been. Better than my country's (Singapore). Lack of media attention! The best in all aspect! | Now there is a high-speed train. Very modern airport | Now there is a high-speed train to the city centre. Best airport in the world ! | Most modern airport in Asia with all facilities | Long way from the city, too may shops making it a long walk/monorail to the gates | Kuala Lumpur airport is huge and modern, but lacks signs - when having a stopover there, make sure you have MUCH time, for you might get lost there | KLIA has fast, efficient check in as well as customs/immigration clearing. Not many signs but there's always the ever smiling airport staff at hand. | Corruption at immigration custom point. Try to ask you for money when you are told to go to the office for private interview. | In my opinion, KLIA is easier to navigate than HKIA. | No Corruption. I`ve been there more than. Lots of signs. Better than HK CNN said. | Long late night journey with a sleepy driver can be scary | Too far from city. | Beautiful, not huge, very nice scale, unique in its cultural symbolism -- not esthetic like HK or suburban mall like Singapore. | The best airport and very friendly airport which I has been there before. | Much more modern and environmental friendly than Changi and CLK. The best and most lovely airport in the world. Connections are a mess | Taxi pimps still sidle up to you | The long distance from the city makes it inconvenient compared to Singapore, Bangkok, and even Jakarta

Maybe it's not as modern as Changi, or KL, but I love its gardens. When I was in the waiting room, I could see the gardens (not only planes and iron). I heard it has an award winning airport garden. | I like the open feel, less claustrophobic and more freindly than Singapore or Kuala Lumpur. | Immigration offices are on the take - keep 50,000 Rupea ready | Everybody seems on the take, from the taxi rank (bargain) to trolley pushes who dont take no for an answer to peddlars outside. | Fresh and breezy, very relaxing environment and aiport food is reasonably priced. You can smoke in some restuarants there

Still some teething problems, transfers to city hotels reasonably priced and frequent | Makes a good attempt to please business travellers | Not recommended. | Not as far away as the city as is made out. The very frequent bus transfers (free iced water!) are very reasonbaly priced and go straight to Seoul Hotels | Very friendly and smart staff | Very modern with interesting architecture. | Breezy

Tired and old maybe, but it gets me in and out of the aiport and into central city much better than KLIA. They are making some renovations before it gets replaced with the new airport in 2005 or so | they should renovate the airport now because it is very old already | Very crowded and busy | Bit old | Easy and cheap transfers - taxi prices are not hiked like in Kuala Lumpur and bus prices are very cheap. | Transfers are very fast to the city on the expressway. 30 minutes sometimes door to door | Restaurant on airside is a nice reasonably priced place to eat, with smoking area. | Not impersonal | I like how it has gone from being the worst in Asia for transfers to one of the best - the taxi drivers always try to be friendly and are very nice | Yes, getting to and from is fantastic for such a big busy city | Not many seats to relax | looking old now
