 Asia Pacific Consultants (APC), was set up in early 1991 by a group of professional and experienced human resource managers, administrators, technocrats and academics. APC provides research, training and consultation services in a wide range of fields including Project and Business Development, Organization and System Design, and Human Resource Management.
