Not reported nor officially discussed at APEC's Osaka meeting was Henry Kissinger's recent statement that he didn't believe that the Asia-Pacific was a homogeneous enough region to become a significant voice as an economic bloc.Henry has an interesting point, though it does not seem to have an effect on the action in Osaka. Maybe we have to rename this forum (:-).
