- Aggressive Personality, but also mature and polite
- Complete Fluency in English
- Master's degree for new graduates, if only to guarantee they will not pursue further studies
- MA is beneficial but not mandatory for management level executives
- Experience counts
- Computer Literacy is a must as a management tool as offices becme more automomous
- More women in top level positions
OUT:
- Docile "Yes" men
- Computer illiterate executives who expect their assistants to be computer-savvy
- Fair grasp of English as a second language
