Registration will be available from April 2001, and you will be able to register online from a form on this page, or via a traditional paper form. We anticipate the registration fee will be around $380 to $450 US, covering the workshop and paper program, coffee breaks, lunch, copy of all papers, and the formal dinner. Many informal events and dinners are being organized on a pay as you go basis. Early bird and multiple registration discounts will be available. In the meantime, we encourage you to email, indicating your interest in the conference and specific interest areas, so we can anticipate demand for accomodation and facilities. Of course this involves no obligation, but the information will be reviewed by the board in designing the final program. You will also be advised via email when registration is available. Accomodation can be booked separately at the conference venue at conference rates or at a large range of other hotels, guest houses and apartments within walking distance in the Sukhumvit Soi 22 area. We are happy to advise on options and provide contact details.
