Henry H. Astorga is Chief Course Developer and Facilitator of corporate learning projects for Achievemate Learning Centre - an educational portal that advances Action Learning as a solution-design and decision-making methodology. He holds an Associate Professorship in Corporate Learning and Development at International Management Centres (IMCA) - a professional business school in England that specializes in accrediting managers through work-based Action Learning pedagogy. His professional practice involves developing and moderating learner-centric e-Learning programs on methods and applications in managerial learning and workforce improvement strategies using Action Learning schema and related best practice principles. His column, East West Strategies - appearing regularly in the Asian Business Strategy & Street Intelligence E-magazine section of the Asia Pacific Management Forum - covers workforce learning and developmental processes impacting workers and professionals globally. Henry Astorga holds an MA in Language and Communication with a specialty in organizational communication from Regis University in Denver.
