BB Plaza Lights up (Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia 6/12/97)
Right in the centre of Bukit Bintang's assortment of trendy up-market shopping malls lies BB Plaza. The honest working man's paradise, it has been here for years and renovated every few years. ..But they put on a show to rival neighboring Lot 10 and Star Hill. Yes, this was the area that Dato Seri Dr Mahathir Mohomad vowed to clean up... |

Who needs a Christmas Cake?..
(Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 6/12/97)
Yes indeed... especially when you have the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur to add some sparkle to the city. Santa wont have much problems finding this chimney on Christmas night. Just look for the tallest building in the world. ..Not that Petronas needs any Christmas presents. About 12 months ago the PM here had to assure us that the towers were NOT leaning. It only LOOKS that way as you stagger out of Bentleys at the Hotel Nikko |

A beach in Sukhumvit Bangkok?
(Bangkok, Thailand 6/5/97)
Larry is just about as elusive as Blanchard, nevertheless mine hosts and friends of the Forum Rob Dennis and Noot are almost always there to greet Forum regulars. One of the favourite venues of the Rat (seeing its only a quick scamper from his nest..) and APMF editors when visiting Bangkok, Larry's Dive is a central location for upcoming Xmas celebrations. ...Not confirmed that it is actually Larry's foot disappearing up the Shark. ..and hopefully we will have pictures of PEOPLE at Larry's Dive in the next couple of weeks. Go to Larry's home page for that if you can't wait.. or stay tuned! |

(Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 4/12/97)
Yep.. we know its a bit blurry, but so are we all on even the best of days.. Here Santa poses with the KL Chinatown skyline in the background. The bright blessed day.. compared to all our other dark sacred night images of KL so far... |
